Learn Reiki in a way that honours tradition while embracing your unique rhythm. Each level includes attunements, practical guidance, and reflective tasks to support your journey.
- Reiki Level I - The Awakening - Discover the foundations of Reiki, self-healing, and energetic awareness
- Reiki Level II - The Deepening - Explore symbols, distance healing, and intuitive connection
- Reiki Level III (Shinpiden) - The Mastery - Deepen your connection and step into your role as teacher and lineage holder

- Meditation Circle - meditation for those who prefer shorter meditations with opportunities to contemplate. (Available at the Studio and Online)
- Reiki Shares - an opportunity for those wishing to practice Reiki in a supportive environment
- Mentoring - a holistic multi-layered pathway to strengthen person, practitioner and soul: spiritual growth, business practice, intuitive refinement, strengthening of faith
